O R D E R

This suit is disposed of by passing a decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22.11.2017.

This settlement agreement is signed by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Plaintiffs have received a sum of Rs.1 lakh by means of a cheque bearing no.236088 dated 19.2.2018 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, M Block, Connaught Place, New Delhi toward litigation costs as stated in the settlement agreement dated 22.11.2017.

Accordingly not only a decree is passed in terms of the

settlement agreement dated 22.11.2017, disputes between the parties stand satisfied on the plaintiffs having received a sum of Rs.1 lakh and which is subject to realization.

Suit is accordingly disposed of as disputes between the parties stand satisfied.

Since the suit is disposed of before commencement of recording of evidence, plaintiffs in accordance with Section 16-A of the Court-fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi) will be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee and Registry will issue the necessary certificate in favour of plaintiff no.2.
