% 31.07.2018 Respondent No.3, the father of petitioner No.2 is present in Court along with his wife. The parents of petitioner No.2 state that since petitioner No.2 is a major and has married of her own free will, they have no objection to her marriage and they wish her good luck and happy married life. They further state that they will not interfere in the happy married life of their daughter with petitioner No.1.

In view of statement of parents of petitioner No.2, petitioner No.1 and 2 do not wish to pursue the matter.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
