% 19.04.2016 The petitioner, inter alia, has impugned the show-cause notice dated 17.03.2016 issued by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the show-cause notice dated 17.03.2016 was issued by respondent No.4 and the petitioner was required to appear on 21.03.2016.

The petitioner appeared before the Recovery Officer on 21.03.2016 and filed reply to the said show-cause notice.

After some arguments, Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
