Learned counsel for the respondent company, on instructions from Mr. Anil Singhal, has handed over the following Demand Drafts to Mr. Siddharth Srivastava, in court today, towards discharge of the admitted liability as stated in paragraph 14 of the winding up petition:- S. No.

Mr. Siddharth Srivastava, partner of the petitioner firm, acknowledges the receipt of the same, subject to encashment of these Demand Drafts. However, Mr. Siddharth Srivastava states that his claim would stand satisfied in full, if an additional sum of Rs.1,11,584/- is paid to him. Learned counsel for the respondent company, on instructions from Mr. Anil Singhal, undertakes to pay the petitioner a further sum of Rs.1,11,584/- by way of a Demand Draft payable at Lucknow, within a period of two weeks from today.

The undertaking given on behalf of the respondent company is accepted.

Directed accordingly.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of as having been settled by and between the parties.
