% 25.09.2018 EX.APPL.(OS) 361-362/2017 The learned counsel for the judgment debtor submits the decree has since been satisfied and hence the decree holder is not appearing before this Court since last several dates. Even today none has appeared. Judgment debtor has moved an application Ex.Appl.(OS) No.362/2017 for condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the application Ex.Appl.(OS) No.361/2017 which is moved for direction to the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to remove the name of Ms.Mangla Seth from FDR No.903992 of amount of Rs.50,00,000/- and for direction to issue a fresh FDR containing the names of Mr.Navesh Seth/Mr.Suman Seth in its place.

In the circumstances, the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to do the needful.

The applications stands disposed of.
