It is submitted by learned APP on behalf of the State that charge sheet has already been filed but one more section i.e. Section 420 IPC has been added in the charge sheet.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after adding Section 420 IPC.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same as per law.
