% 25.07.2016 Respondent nos.2 and 3 have been served and represented through counsel. This petition has been preferred to seek transfer of complaint case no.23/1/13 titled Nirmal Singh v. SHO, PS Ranjit Nagar & Ors. from the court of MM-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts to the court of MM (West) having jurisdiction over PS Ranjit Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer is necessitated on account of PS Ranjit Nagar being transferred from Central to West District.

Counsel for respondent No.2 and 3 does not oppose the petition. The same is, accordingly, allowed. The aforesaid complaint case is directed to be transferred to the court of MM (West) having jurisdiction over PS Ranjit Nagar.

The parties shall appear before the learned CMM (West) for assignment of the case on 19.08.2016.
