Learned counsel for parties submit that order regarding transfer of CS (OS) 90/2012 be also passed alongwith the order on transfer of this suit. File of 90/2012 has been sent by the registry with the file of this suit. It appears that inadvertently, the listing branch did not list CS (OS) 90/2012 for transfer alongwith the file of this suit. This suit as well as CS (OS) 90/2012 are transferred to District West. Parties are directed to appear before learned District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court on 30th May, 2016.
