% 05.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since as per the affidavit of the Director General (Prisons), the petitioner would be entitled to furlough after 21st September, 2018 on filing of fresh application, this petition be treated as an application. The present petition filed by the petitioner is directed to be treated as a representation/application to the Director General (Prisons) who will take a decision on the said application within a period of three weeks from today. Petition is disposed of.
