For the relief claimed in this petition, a Representation (Annexure A-1) was sent by petitioner to second respondent on 1st November, 2017. According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to the said Representation.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to second respondent to effectively consider petitioner's Representation (Annexure A-1) by passing a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks. Let a response from fourth respondent be also obtained by second respondent before deciding the said Representation. The fate of the said Representation be conveyed by second respondent to petitioner within a W.P.(C) 4133/2018

week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
