% 16.07.2018 None appears for the petitioner, like on the last date. The petitioner has sought initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for having breached the order dated 13.04.2018 which had directed the provision of protection to the petitioners from respondent nos. 3 and 4the parents of the girl. The learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner no. 2 was never arrested. Petitioner no. 1 appeared before the Metropolitan Magistrate on 16.04.2018. It was found that she was a minor and the moment she turned a major, she went away from the Nari Niketan with petitioner no. 2- her husband.
In view of the above, no further orders are necessary. The petition is disposed-off accordingly.
