Factum of the marriage of the petitioner's nephew and medical papers regarding the treatment of petitioner's father have been verified and found true.

Co-accused - Gulab Singh has already been granted interim bail vide order dated 16.04.2018 for two weeks by the Sessions Court. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2018. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to enable the petitioner to participate in the marriage of his real nephew and also to take care of his ailing father who is hospitalized for serious ailments, he is granted interim bail for two weeks from the date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/-

with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail.
