Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order dated 20.04.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.3887/2018, titled: Prabuddha Choudhury vs. Registrar of Companies and Anr. In sum, the petitioner seeks to revive the subject company by filing an appeal, if not already filed, before the NCLT under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013. 4.
Counsel for the petitioner says that qua the subject company i.e., Advent Infotech Pvt. Ltd., he seeks application of the directives contained in
the aforementioned order, insofar as it concerns the petitioner. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an affidavit dated 27.4.2018 in court today. Along with this affidavit, e-mails sent to other Directors on the defaulting companies are appended as Annexure P-(Colly.). 5.1 The said affidavit is taken on record.

The Registry will scan and upload the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in Prabuddha Choudhury (Supra).

It is made clear that the directions contained in aforementioned order will apply mutatis mutandis to the petitioner(s) herein. 9.
