% 03.05.2018 CRL.M.A. 8304/2018 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 2334/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.906/2016, PS Mangol Puri, under Sections 307/326/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
