% 06.05.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is not pressed on merits. He however seeks expedition in the trial. This Court has been informed that the matter is fixed for filing rejoinder by the landlord. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be examining two witnesses on behalf of his client.

In this background, the Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite the trial and dispose the petition within an outer limit of 14 months from the date of receipt of this order.

With these directions petition disposed of.
