% 03.06.2016 Award in the above said matter was passed on 3rd March, 2015. Limitation to file the objection under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act including 30 days expired on 2nd July, 2015. The petition has been filed after the expiry of 30 days. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India v. M/s Popular Constructions Co., reported in AIR 2001 SC 4010, the objections are barred by limitation.
