OMP (E) (COMM.) 15/2016 The present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties. It is submitted that the petitioner had moved an application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitrator for his approval for summoning of the following witnesses with relevant records: "1.

Jai Shree Karni Transport Co., H. O. Shop No. 12, Bypass Circle, Road No. 14, V.K.I. Area, Milan Cinema Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302 013 2.

Bombay Puna Roadlines 18, Sudama Puri - II,

Near Ninder Mode, Sikar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302 013 3.

Highway Rajasthan Roadlines H.O. A- 37, T. P. Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan The Arbitrator allowed the said application by order dated 13th October, 2015 while rendering his approval for the same and giving liberty to the petitioner to move this Court for summoning of the above said witnesses.

Copies of the said application as well as the order dated 23rd December, 2015 have been filed along with the present petition. The prayer made in the present petition is allowed. The Registry would issue summons to the above said witnesses to bring records as mentioned in para 13 of the petition, before the Arbitrator at the venue of Arbitration being Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Court of Delhi, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi, on 2nd May, 2016 at 2.00 p.m. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
