% 06.12.2018 The petitioner is a lady of 75 years of age and has filed a suit bearing no.611908/2016 for mandatory injunction against her son and daughter-in-law, arrayed as defendants No.1 and 2. It is alleged since 28th February, 2017 the learned counsel for the defendant have been seeking time to cross-examine the petitioner/PW1 and since they did not avail the opportunity so on 12th May, 2017 their right to crossexamine PW1 was closed. Thereafter the learned counsel for the defendant moved an application for review and also for transfer of the suit from the said presiding officer to some other Court and on 6th June, 2017 the learned Presiding Officer himself has sent the matter to senior Civil Judge but due to reshuffling/transfer of Presiding Officer the matter then came to the Court of Sh.Pankaj Sharma, learned Civil Judge. It is submitted since 19th January, 2018 the

matter is pending for defendant's evidence and not a single witness have been examined hence the petitioner requests to expedite the trial; she being a senior citizen, a lady of 75 years of age. In the circumstances, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the applications, if any, at the earliest and complete the trial within four months from today.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. Copy of the order be sent to the trial Court for compliance. Dasti.
