% 09.01.2017 C.M. No.45891/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking certain directions.

This Court notes that this writ petition was disposed of on 25.4.2016. A direction had been issued to respondent nos.1 and 2 qua the report of the Sub-Division Magistrate, Vasant Vihar i.e. his inquiry report dated 31.12.2015. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that a committee has been constituted by respondent nos.1 and 2 and the report has since been prepared; it is likely to be submitted within an outer limit of four weeks. The said report as also the action taken report on the report as noted supra be filed within an outer limit of four weeks from today. Needless to state that no further time shall be granted to the

respondents for the said purpose. A copy of the report be furnished to the learned counsel for petitioner. This satisfies the petitioner. Application disposed of.
