% 21.03.2018 The bone of contention between the parties is interpretation of the order of this court dated 3.2.2016. Learned counsel for the respondent admits that a sum of Rs.6,12,742/- is still payable in full and final settlement of the terms and conditions of the settlement between the parties as incorporated in the order dated 3.2.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner strongly refutes this contention, After some arguments, it has been agreed between the parties that the respondent shall pay a balance sum of Rs.9,00,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of the entire claim of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent has today handed over in court a cheque bearing No.926079 dated 14.3.2018 for amount of Rs.6,12,742/-. Mr.Gurmit Singh/respondent No.2 is present in court in person and undertakes to this court that this cheque when presented will be honoured by

its bankers. He also undertakes that the balance sum of Rs.2,87,258/- shall be paid to the petitioner within two months from today. Binding the respondent No.2 Gurmit Singh to his undertaking the present petition stands disposed of.
