CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 23.04.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner has only challenged the decision of the Medical Council of India's Committee which was forwarded to respondent No.1-Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for taking a considered decision on the request made by the petitioner. He therefore, submits that instead of seeking amendment of the writ petition which is likely to take more time, he may be granted leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the final order dated 06.04.2018 of the Union of India declining to lower the percentile for reserved ST candidates for

admission in NEET PG-2018.

The petition and applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for is granted.
