% 12.01.2017 Learned counsels are agreeable that the petition be allowed and the trial be expedited and be made time bound. This is, of course, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties on merits. Accordingly, by consent, petition is allowed and case bearing CC No. 4993091/2016 pending in the court of Mr. Anurag Thakur, Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka, is transferred to the court of Mr. Harjeet Singh Jaspal, Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka, who is hearing case titled, 'Karina Fincap Ltd. Vs. Anjali Bhuchar'. The Metropolitan Magistrate to whom the case is transferred shall dispose of the case preferably within six months. Neither party shall seek or be granted any undue adjournment.
The petition stands disposed of.
