By the present petition the petitioners challenge the order dated 14th December, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge directing framing charge against the petitioners in case FIR No.867/2015 for offence punishable under Sections 376/417/506/34 IPC registered at PS Khajuri Khas, Delhi. Against the order dated 14th December, 2017, petitioner has already preferred a criminal revision petition being Crl.Rev.P. 214/2018, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 13th March, 2018. 2.

The present writ petition seeking the same relief is not maintainable. Petition and application are dismissed.
