stating that full bench decision of this court reported as D.C.M. Ltd. and Anr. Vs. Lt. Governor, Delhi and Ors., 1993 (27) DRJ 453, though cited at bar was not even considered, the objections on the touchstone of "suitability" and "bonafide" of the applicant / plaintiff not having been addressed.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
