In view of the submissions made by the respective parties before the learned Trial Judge, the suit bearing no.1830/2014 titled M/s Balaji Enterprises versus M/s Colours Offset pending before learned District & Sessions Judge, South is directed to be tried by the learned District and Sessions Judge, South East who shall deal with the matter himself or send it to any other Court of competent

jurisdiction.

Parties to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, South on 11.04.2016, date already fixed who shall pass appropriate orders of transfer.
