O R D E R

% 27.09.2016 The learned counsel for the parties state upon instructions that the matter has been settled amicably. In terms of the settlement, the respondent has brought to court a cheque bearing no. 000129 dt. 27.09.2016 amounting to Rs. 40,000/- drawn in favour of the petitioner, towards the full and final settlement of all claims. The learned counsel for the parties state that no lis of any nature whatsoever survives between the parties. The parties are present in court. The learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted the cheque. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the cheque is good for encashment.
