% 24.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 were pursuing their post-graduation in Medicine at AIIMS. With the intervention of their family members, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.567/2016 under Sections 354(D)/506/509 IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas on the complaint of respondent no. 2, and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by HC Sandeep Kumar of police station Hauz Khas. She says that she has settled the matter with the petitioner, vide a Compromise Deed dated 23rd April, 2018 of her
own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.567/2016 under Sections 354(D)/506/509 IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
