% 08.09.2016 The present matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has since been received which indicates that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 06.09.2016. The said Settlement Agreement is also placed on record. In terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit.
