% 16.11.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.0137/2016 under Sections 341/452/354/356/ 509/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 18.05.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the photocopy of the settlement arrived at between the parties before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District Courts, Delhi on 03.10.2016. (4) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(5) The bail application stands disposed of.
