% 08.04.2016 Learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and requests that the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal (DCT) may be directed to decide the said application as well as the appeal pending before it expeditiously. Since the appeal is said to have been filed in 2014, the DCT shall endeavour to complete the hearing and render decision at its earliest expedience, preferably within three months from today. Likewise, it shall consider the said application on its merits. W.P.(C) 3157/2016 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn but in the above terms.
