O R D E R
% 28.01.2020 CM APPL. 2209/2020 (for directions) In terms of this Court's order dated 23.12.2019, Rs. 4,00,000/- was payable to Mr. Balvinder Singh.
However, Ms. Raavi Birbal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that they have deposited a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- of which Rs. 4,00,000/- be retained in an interest bearing FDR to be paid to Mr. Balvinder Singh or his proven LRs, should such circumstances arise. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in terms of the order dated 27.04.2018, Rs. 15,000/- towards litigation expenses has not been paid.
Ms. Raavi Birbal states to have deposited the amount of Rs. 15,000/- with the Registry. Should it be so, let Rs. 15,000/- along with corresponding
interest accrued thereon be paid to the respondent union, directly into its bank account.
