O R D E R

% 02.07.2018 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, instituted on behalf of the petitioner essentially impugns the Work Stop Order/Letter No.A.E.(b)/City-S.P.Z./18/D dated 13.03.2018, passed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation states that subsequent thereto vide communication dated 08.06.2018, the building plan application filed by the petitioner, for restoration of the previously deleted FAR and revalidation of sanction building plan in respect of the subject property, has been accorded approval till 01.03.2019.

In other words, in terms of the official respondent's letter dated 08.06.2018, the petitioner is at liberty to make further construction, in terms of the revalidated sanction till 01.03.2019, and the impugned order has been rendered infructuous by subsequent events.

In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 13.03.2018 is set aside. With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
