W.P.(C) 3156/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to strictly follow the Guidelines stated in Bulletin of Information 2016-17 in Clauses 1.12, 9.7 and 9.9 wherein the candidate can hold his seat in the first counselling only after he submits his original documents and requisite fees.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that candidates who appeared for counselling for AIPGMEE on 05th and 06th April, 2016 were allowed to block seats without submitting their original documents and fees.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that petitioners have made a representation to the respondent on 11th March, 2016 regarding the aforesaid grievance.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 11th March, 2016 by way of a speaking order within a period of one week. Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 08, 2016 js
