It is submitted that the husband-petitioner has filed a petition for grant of divorce against the respondent-wife which is pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, North-East District, Karkardooma, Delhi, whereas the respondent-wife has filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is pending before the learned Principal Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

On request of both the learned counsel for the parties, the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 13 (1) (ia) & (ib) of HMA, 1955 for the grant of divorce, pending before the learned Principal Judge, NorthEast District, Karkardoom, Delhi, shall stand transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 2nd November, 2018 at 10 am.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
