% 27.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.2, to convene an emergent meeting and grant recognition to the Petitioner for D.El.Ed. course latest by 2nd May, 2018.

Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, who appears for the respondents on advance notice, submits that the respondents are positively considering the case of the petitioner on its own merits in the next meeting which is scheduled to be held on or before 15th May, 2018. She assures the Court that a final decision would be taken on the petitioner's application before the said date. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
