% 24.02.2016 The present application has been filed for recall of the order dated 18th January, 2016 by virtue of which the present writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn upon an application for withdrawal being filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioner No. 2 and the President of petitioner No. 1.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that petitioner No. 2 and the President of petitioner No. 1 unilaterally withdrew the writ petition without taking into confidence the aggrieved parents. A perusal of the file reveals that the petitioner-association is an unregistered one.

Consequently, the order of dismissal does not bind its members and each member is at liberty to file independent proceedings on the same cause of action in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present application is disposed of.
