In pursuance to the MoU, the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- is handed over by respondent, who is present in Court in person, to the appellant who is also present in Court in person along with her counsel. 3.

The same has been received by the appellant and a receipt thereof has been handed over to the respondent in the presence of the Court. 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant prays that the present appeal be disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the MoU.
