Bail Appln. 931/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents of co-accused Shadab. It is submitted that allegations of rape are not against the petitioner no.1, who is husband of petitioner no.2. The only allegations against the petitioners are that they did not support the prosecutrix, inasmuch as, abused and threatened her by saying that in case she lodges any complaint against them she would not be allowed to come in the
matrimonial home. It is further submitted that prosecutrix has herself admitted that Nikah took place on 19th November, 2017. I have perused the FIR and material placed on record. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
