% 08.08.2016 We are informed by the petitioner, who appears in person, and the counsel for the respondents that the Tribunal is seized of the matter and the same is part-heard. The petitioner also submits that the matter is not reaching before the Tribunal as the matter is being passed over at each occasion at the request of counsel for the respondents. Mr.Tiwari and Mr.Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, dispute the same and submit that as far as possible they will not seek a passover before the Tribunal.

Petitioner further submits that in view of the fact that the Tribunal is seized of the matter and the matter is part-heard, he does not wish to press the present writ petition.
