O R D E R

% 22.04.2016 We have heard Mr. T.M. Sampath, who appears in person, but are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 18.2.2016, by which his prayer for transfer of OA No.1706/2015 from the Principal Bench, New Delhi to the Bangalore Bench of the Tribunal has been rejected. At the outset, we notice that the petitioner, who appears in person, has not filed a copy of the relevant OA and the application and, we, therefore, are unable to ascertain the exact nature of relief prayed for and sought in the said OA. However, what is discernible is that the petitioner has impleaded Mr. R.K. Jain, Chief Engineer (HQ.) and Mr. R.K. Kharbanda, Deputy Director (Tech.), who reside and are working in Delhi, as respondents to the OA. Thus, the private respondents, upon transfer of the OA, would have to appear before the Bangalore Bench of the Tribunal. The Tribunal, while dismissing the application for transfer of the

aforesaid OA, has noticed that the petitioner is a party to several litigations pending in Delhi. Reference is made to as many as 11 cases which are pending, in which the petitioner is either an applicant/petitioner or the respondent. Some of them are writ petitions pending in the High Court. In these circumstances, we decline and refuse to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Tribunal. The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
