The parties were referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court and the disputes subject matter of the suit are reported to have been amicably settled through the efforts of Mr. Ravi Dutt Sharma, Advocate / Mediator and a settlement agreement dated 20th May, 2016 reported to be signed by the representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant as well as by the counsels for the plaintiff and the defendant and the mediator has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court.

The counsel for the plaintiff supports the settlement. 3.

None appears for the defendant.

Need to await the defendant is not felt.

I have perused the settlement agreement; the terms thereof are found to be lawful and the same is allowed.

The suit is decreed in terms of paras 29(a)(i) to 29(a)(iv) of the plaint and in terms of the settlement agreement which shall form part of the decree sheet. 7.

The parties are left to bear their own costs. 8.

Decree sheet be prepared.
