This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking execution of the decree dated 08.03.2011 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CS(OS) No.644/1982 and CS(OS) No.2995/1996. 2.

The learned counsels for the parties point out that vide an order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in EFA(OS) No.22/2017, titled Dwipanjali Roy v. Dr.Biswajit Chaudhuri & Ors., the property in question has been directed to be auctioned.
