By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to admit his four year old daughter in school. 2.

Petitioner was awarded sentence of imprisonment for a period of 31⁄2 years and fine of ₹5,000/- and default to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months.

As per the nominal roll placed on record, the remaining sentence of the petitioner as on 2nd May, 2018 was 24 days. 4.

Considering the fact that the sentence of the petitioner is now nearing completion, no case is made out to grant parole to the petitioner. 5.

Petition is dismissed.
