% 07.10.2016 Learned counsel for the State states that the cancellation report has been signed and shall be filed within the next two working days. In view of the fact that in the counter affidavit, it is also disclosed that the State shall be filing the cancellation report and it is stated on instructions from the I.O., who is present in court, that the same shall be filed within two working days, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
