% 02.03.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate writ petition raising the issues pertaining to misuse of property and parking problems/nuisance and fire safety in the area. That the writ petition shall not include the issue of liquor vends which was specifically raised in this petition and does not survive any longer as the vends are beyond the stipulated 100 metre distance.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
