This is an application filed by respondent no.11/applicant seeking release of the amount in terms of this Court's order dated 21.10.2024 in her favour by accepting her documents in the name of "Ms. Neelam Parihar" as against "Ms. Neelam Parhar" as shown in the memo of parties. 2.

Despite advance notice, none appears for any of the non-applicant. 3.

In these circumstances, having perused the documents, copies of the Pan Card and Aadhar Card filed along with the application, we see no reason not to accept the stand of the applicant that her actual name is "Ms. Neelam Parihar" which was inadvertently mentioned as "Ms. Neelam Parhar" in the memo of parties.
