This appeal is disposed of as per the statements made by the counsels for the parties that no final decree is prayed to be specifically drawn up because parties have already taken possession of their respective shares as per the Settlement Agreement Ex.P1 and nothing further is required to be done by the parties. Therefore, since parties have settled their disputes and have also taken possession of their respective shares as per the settlement and no final decree is required to be drawn, accordingly this appeal is disposed of by observing that no final decree be drawn up.

Since no final decree has to be drawn up, the issue of execution will not arise and which in any case cannot be because parties have acted upon and taken possession of their respective shares as per the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties.
