The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 07th September, 2018 which is signed by both the parties before the learned mediator. The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. 2.

The suit as well as counter claim is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement.

Learned counsels for the parties seek refund of the Court fees on the plaint as well as counter claim. Since the suit and the counter claim have been resolved through mediation, the registry shall issue a certificate to the plaintiff as well as defendant for refund of the Court fees on the plaint as well as on counter claim under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
