W.P.(C) No.3319/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to respondent No.1 to direct the Commissioner, Employees Compensation to reconsider the petition of the workman which was dismissed vide order dated 26.02.2016. At the outset, Mr. Milind M. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is incomplete and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
