W.P.(CRL) 1215/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw this petition as the fifteen years old daughter of the petitioner has been recovered by the efforts of the elder brother of the petitioner. Counsel further submits that the daughter of the petitioner was raped by two neighbours, who are respondents no.5 and 6 in the present petition. It is further submitted that medical examination of the girl has been done and the victim has also made a statement to the Police. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
